Mrs. Marianna Moschou, President

Marianna Moschou was a senior bank official specializing in Global Banking for the shipping sector.  For many years she was Deputy Head Shipping Division of Citibank, in charge of the Bank’s Shipping Business in Greece, Southern Europe and the Middle East.  She joined Citibank in December of 1967.  Since 2002 she works as a Business Consultant.  Mrs. Moschou has held numerous board positions, such as Board Member of Angelicoussis Shipping Group Limited (2002-2011), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aegean Baltic Bank (AB Bank)(until 6/2010), Board Member of Odjfell SE, Norway, Shipping Company (until 4/2010). In 2010 she was elected President of the Board of Directors of the NGO “ELEPAP – Rehabilitation for the Disabled” while  from 2002 to 2010 she was Member and Secretary General.  She currently (since 2005) holds the positions of Member of the Board of the Alexander S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation and the Alexander S. Onassis Business Foundation, and since 2007 has been elected Secretary of the Board of Directors of the above Foundations.

Mr. Michael Sotirhos, Vice President and Treasurer

Michael Sotirhos is a Senior Managing Director in the Investor Relations & Business Development Group based in New York. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Sotirhos was a Partner at Atlantic Pacific Capital, Inc., a placement firm focused on raising Private Equity, Real Estate and Hedge Fund capital from institutional investors worldwide. While serving in the firm's London and Greenwich, CT offices, he was involved in all facets of the fund raising business from business development, origination and marketing strategy to account coverage responsibility in the US, Canada and the Middle East. Prior to joining Atlantic Pacific, Mr. Sotirhos was in the Private Equity Placement Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. based in London where he raised capital from investors across Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Sotirhos received both a BA and JD from Georgetown University.

Mr. Peter Nathanial, Member of the Board

Mr. Peter Nathanial provides strategic advice to major Financial Institutions, Central Banks, Governments and other International Organizations such as the IMF and the BIS. He is frequently called on for his expertise as a leading professional in the area of risk management, restructuring and corporate governance. Mr. Nathanial was the Group Chief Risk Officer and Member of the Executive Committee for the Royal Bank of Scotland through the global financial crisis. Prior to that, he was with Citigroup for over 16 years in a variety of locations including Zurich, Moscow, Warsaw, London and New York. In his final position at Citigroup, Mr. Nathanial was Head of Global Risk Oversight and Investments in New York covering Citigroup's Asset Management, Insurance, Alternative Investments Businesses, Employee Pension Plans, Country Risk, and its proprietary M&A activities. 

Originally from Australia, Mr. Nathanial lives with his family in the United States.
