International Friends of ELEPAP (“IFELEPAP”) is a non profit organization created to promote and facilitate the operations of ELEPAP's Rehabilitation for the Disabled Centers.

IFELEPAP envisions a future where ELEPAP continues creating a safe environment where all children and young people have opportunities to be the best they can be.

In a spirit of true social and civic engagement, IFELEPAP will operate under the auspice of good governance and demonstrate its potential as an organization committed to enriching and further developing the world ELEPAP has created.

IFELEPAP is a non-profit corporation, established in 2014 under the laws of Delaware. The Internal Revenue Service has determined that IFELEPAP is a section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity. Similarly, New York State has determined that IFELEPAP is exempt from all state and local taxes.
